  • Obtain 120 Hours of Pre-licensing Training.

    Our ATI Online Master Course is approved for 120 hours by the Alabama Department of Finance.

  • Take and Pass the National Exam.

    The state of Alabama requires you to pass both the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) & the ASHI ethics exam.

  • Complete the 35 field inspections with an approved instructor and 25 written reports.
