Welcome to the Website and Social Media Privacy Policy for ATI Training (ATI Home Inspector Training - the "Site").

We are committed to protecting to protecting your privacy.  We are required under data protection legislation to notify anyone who provides personal information to us, of the information contained in this Privacy Policy. By visiting the Site or submitting your personal information, you accept the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

ATI Training will never sell your information, and there are No Rights of Third Parties. 

 

Social Media Privacy
ATI Training will not require you to:

  • Disclose a username or password for accessing personal social media;
  • Access personal social media in the presence of ATI Training’s employees or representatives, or
  • Divulge any personal social media information.

Personal Information You Provide.  We may collect and store personal information that can identify you, such as your name, postal address, email address (“Personal Information“), when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. We may collect and store any personal information you provide to us that may be contained in any video, comment or another submission you upload or post to the Site. This information, together with the personal information provided to us above at application stage, will be used by us to perform the contract we have entered into with you.
